Is ISOPURE PROTEIN low/zero carb good for getting LEAN MUSCLE MASS?
yo i'm turing 16 in a few months and i lift weights 3-4x a week. 5'10, 177 lbs. maybe 15-20 is fat
i ran out of some protein and isopure seems good because of low or zero carbs. i want my carbs intake really low in a shake because i wanna cut the extra fat off the body (midsection area) so i only need protein in the shake
WOULD ISOPURE ZERO CARB WORK GOOD FOR ADDING LEAN MUSCLE TO ME AND HELP SHRED SOME FAT??
