Best protein bars for women?
I do love whey protein and i know it's better.. but somtimes i just feel like grabbing a protein bar and eating it after i workout.. i'm 5'2 and around 102-105 pounds and i'm trying to gain muscle. i'm an athlete already (i skate) so i'm pretty active. i go to the gym around 4 or 5 times a week and i do plyometrics for an hour once a week. I do have whey protein but again somtimes i dont feel like making a shake lol…i saw power crunch bars… but they have alot fo saturated fat. soo… idk help

When to drink my Isopure Zero Carb Whey protein?
I workout 4-5 times a week. 2-3 times a week are at 16.30 and 2 times a week are at 20.30.
